Anna Mizzi
Anna Mizzi has been involved in the property industry for more than 30 years beginning with 8 years of a Legal Conveyancer, Anna is well acquainted with all the behind the scenes dealings in buying and selling property in Australia.
With a sound base knowledge of the property industry and a growing reputation for her expertise within the industry, Anna was approached by the head office for PRD Austpac (Hong Kong) to head up their newly opened office in Brisbane CBD which was established as head office for their Australian operations. During her time in this roll she was responsible for overseeing the development of numerous Town house and Land Developments around Brisbane as well as playing a major role in the development of Rydges Hotel at Southbank. Anna was also responsible for overseeing numerous highly successful Marketing and Sales programs for the various developments and co-ordinating with various offices located throughout Asia. Her experience during this time also included supervision of a Rent roll of more than 300 properties.
As a result of her success in the property market, whilst still acting as General Manager of PRD Austpac, Anna, along with two lawyers with whom she had previously worked for, and one of the directors of PRD Austpac founded a new business in Body Corporate Management. This business later took on another partner and changed it’s name to Amvar Management Services, which is still operated and run by Anna, although now as part of Eaton&Ascot. After many years of being at the helm of PRD Austpac, Anna decided to take a step back to have her second child, while still continuing with her Body Corporate Management Company as well as providing ongoing consultancy work for Woods Prince Lawyers, Brisbane.
With a passion for Sales and the property industry, and armed with a strong code of ethics, Anna is now re-establishing herself as a well known Sales representative and offering her broad experience in the property industry, to assist and guide both purchasers and sellers with their property needs.
Anna’s past success has been based on her belief that by taking the time to listen and understand her clients, providing the very best service possible, and paying particular attention to the smallest details, along with her understanding of the property market and her proven negotiating skills, is what sets her apart from other Agents.
